Why a closed loop means steady supply.
Our own water
Water from our well is reused round the loop, so harvests do not stop for an outside water problem.
Our own power
Pumps and lamps run on solar power, so the loop keeps turning.
Our own fertiliser
The fish feed the plants and the compost goes back to the soil, so we do not wait on fertiliser deliveries.
